Western Illinois University's Macomb, IL campus is seeking proposals from an experienced, financially stable, sports promotions company with a proven record of success to generate a comprehensive local, regional, and national promotion plan that will enhance WIU's revenue through media, internet rights, and promotion exposure for the University's Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.
A pre-submission conference will be held via phone on April 21, 2017 at 10:00 AM CST. This call-in is not mandatory but will give WIU the opportunity to go through proposal requirements and allow vendors to ask questions. Contact Lora Lidaywa ( to register and obtain the call-in number.
