Western Illinois University requests proposals for the provisioning of an internet egress in Morgan Hall. The Sherman Hall egress is provided by Illinois Century Network and the Morgan Hall egress is provided by a separate local provider. The current contract for the Morgan Hall egress expires this fiscal year, therefore the university requires proposals to provide continuous, synchronous, unfiltered and unshaped Internet service at the Morgan Hall egress.
