Project Description
Western Illinois University is seeking statements of qualifications from Architectural firms with strong exterior tuck-pointing and roof replacement services. This project is to thoroughly investigate and design the tuck-pointing and roof replacement of specific areas of Simpkins Hall on the campus of Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL.

A pre-submittal conference call will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 10:00 AM CST. This conference call is not mandatory. See the attached document for details.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- Submitted 3 hard copies and 2 electronic copies copies of their qualifications.
- Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
- Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
- Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
- Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
- The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
