The Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Investment Banking Services related to the issuance of debt. Services include, but are not limited to, serving as senior managing underwriters and/or co-managing underwriters on the University's anticipated financings.
A non-mandatory pre-submission conference call will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM CST. Refer to section 1.5 of the proposal document for additional information.
