Western Illinois University is seeking proposals for the provision of the professional services of a financial advisor to assist with ongoing needs in financial matters related to the University's debt and capital structure. The consultant will function as a provider of financial advice to University staff members as it relates to debt issues, debt analysis, tax law changes, etc.
