Western Illinois University is seeking to implement a comprehensive cloud-based contract management solution. Our desire would be a system with licensing for unlimited documents and a concurrent user licensing system. The purpose is to provide a central repository for contract information, provide for digital signatures and improve routing efficiency.
A voluntary pre-submission conference will be held virtually on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at 10:00 AM CST. To obtain the Zoom link, email LJ-Lidaywa@wiu.edu. Additional information is included in section 1.5 of the RFP document.
