The Board of Trustees of Western Illinois University is accepting proposals for the provision of comprehensive legal advice and assistance on University matters to the Board of Trustees, the President, the Western Illinois University Foundation, and the principal administrators of the University on an as needed basis. In addition to providing legal advice counsel may be required to litigate on behalf of the University and its students.
