Western Illinois University requests proposals for a disaster recovery facility to minimize the impact of any event that denies use of computer resources on the campuses of Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL and Moline, IL. The recovery facility must be available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
