A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2008 at 1:15 pm in the Tanner Circle located inside Tanner Hall on the campus of Western Illinois University. A site visit will be conducted immediately following the prebid meeting.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
