Project Description
Western Illinois University is seeking comprehensive design services to assist WIU in providing sprinklers in existing residence halls. Phase I will consist of preparation of a study identifying scope, cost, and schedule of work required to have sprinklers installed in all halls by 2013. Upon successful completion of Phase I, WIU may negotiate a Phase II contract for design services for implementation of the sprinkler plan.

Submittal of qualifications must include: 1. A copy of C.D.B. prequalification; 2. One page summary of why your firm should be considered for selection on this articular project; 3. Standard Form 255; 4. Examples of projects of a similar nature including project estimates and actual construction costs, provide an owner contact person for each example; 5. Additional information you feel may be useful.

Three copies of submittals should be sent to: Mr. Michael Hott; Q.B.S. Committee Chair; Physical Plant; Western Illinois University; One University Circle; Macomb, Illinois 61455-1390. Submittals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on February 21, 2005.
