Project Description
The University is seeking information delineating solutions for its existing long term utility infrastructure challenges. The desired objective is to offer creative strategies for executing a comprehensive long-term utility infrastructure master plan and to mitigate the substantial capital burden, cost of utility services as well as cost volatility affecting procurement of fuel and utility commodities.

Three copies of submittals should be sent to: Mrs. Pam Hansen, WIU Physical Plant, Western Illinois University, One University Circle, Macomb, IL 61455.
