The selection of two conference sites. The University is rebidding these locations due to inadequate responses to the first solicitation (TR111606).
Western Illinois University will be shut down for the holidays starting December 25, 2006 and will reopen on January 3, 2007.

Submit 2 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
