The Board of Trustees of Chicago State University is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Support and Maintenance to our Cisco Network Infrastructure. This contract will be a 14 month maintenance and service proposal. The billing for the contract will begin and end on the University’s fiscal period (July 1 through June 30th). It is anticipated that the Cisco Network Support and Maintenance will begin on May 1, 2012 and end June 30, 2012 with a new billing cycle beginning July 1, 2012.

This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
