Electrical Trade work and General Construction for the Douglas Hall Building Envelope exterior and interior to include carpentry, concrete, masonry, minor roofing, lighting, replacing doors & windows, minor abatement and all other work as described in the Contractor Manual and Drawings for two years with a one one-year renewal.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE DATE: Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 1:30 P.M. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 1:30pm in the Physical Plant Bldg O&M Room 102. No one will be allowed entry after 1:45pm. If you do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference, YOUR RESPONSES WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND WILL NOT BE FURTHER CONSIDERED.
