Brief Description: Chicago State University (CSU) is seeking proposals from qualified firms that have a local operational office in the Chicago land area to provide a two year telephone maintenance contract; with the option to renew for one year at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance and continuing needs. The awarded vendor will perform maintenance and support for the university??s telephone system, its adjunct hardware and software systems and provide an on-site technician three days per week. In addition, provide a cabling plan to include hourly labor to support the university cable system for voice and data and new CAT6 cable pulls. The cabling plan can be separately submitted from the telephone system maintenance and support. Replying to this item will not affect the maintenance proposal, nor require that you submit a maintenance proposal. The telephone maintenance contract covers the Nortel/Avaya Option 81 system (serial #Z00514) and the listed adjunct hardware/software that is housed at the main campus and two remote Nortel/Ayaya BCM50 key systems at the locations of Cottage Grove and Longwood all located in Chicago, Illinois.
