GSU intends to contract for the professional services of a financial advisor to assist with ongoing needs in financial matters related to the issuance of new debt, restructuring of existing debt, etc. This will include, but is not limited to: ongoing advice, and the preparation/dissemination of timely annual disclosure reports as outlined in the official statements.
