The University awarded a contract for ETS-AP Program testing to IMSA students.
Educational Testing Services (ETS)-Advanced Placement (AP) exams taken by IMSA students. All costs are paid for in advance by students/parents on a per exam basis. Students chose exams. No state funds are utilized for this procurement. Exams are taken between May 6, 2013 and May 24, 2013.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditures are for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof.
