IMSA needs professional lobbyists services to: regularly track and inform IMSA of legislation that will or might affect its operations so that we can plan and respond appropriately; communicate on behalf of IMSA, especially in Springfield while the General Assembly is in session; identify questions that IMSA needs to address; facilitate communication between IMSA representatives, legislators, legislative staff and members of the executive branch; and advise IMSA on processes and procedures we need to use to address issues, achieve goals and demonstrate a strong return on investment.
