Illinois State University does not require that the selected vendor provide 3D BIM as a deliverable for this roofing design effort. AutoCAD compatible 2D files will still be required as a deliverable from the selected candidate.
Illinois State University is seeking statements of qualifications from architectural firms interested in providing design and construction administrative services for the installation of a new roof system on Old Union on the main campus.
Work will include the removal of the existing roof and replacement with a new membrane roofing system. The estimated cost for this project is $400,000.
