The University will award a contract for a Men's Basketball tournament.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for athletic, artistic or musical services, performances, events, or productions by or for a public institution of higher education. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(4)) Men's basketball will participate in three games in a foreign tournament.
