The University awarded a contract for Foreign Volleyball Tournament.
Illinois State will enter into an agreement for a Volleyball tournament in Costa Rica for the dates of May 8, 2020 - May 19, 2020 including airfare, lodging and transportation.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for athletic, artistic or musical services, performances, events, or productions by or for a public institution of higher education. (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(4)) The Athletic Department wishes to participat4e in a Foreign Volleyball tournament and will enter into an agreement with vendor to facilitate scheduling games and all travel.
