The University awarded a contract for Patient Management Software Support.
The University will purchase software maintenance and support to maintain the Student Health Services patient management portal including COVID modules, patient scheduling, patient records and patient communication.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for medical supplies or medical at a university-operated health care center or dispensary that provides care, treatment, and medications for students, faculty and staff (30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b-5)) All modules will support existing patient records software necessary to support care of students, facilitate communication with students, lab providers and county health officials.
