The University awarded a contract for Project Management and Inventory Software.
The University requires professional services to maintain and support our existing Facilities Management Project Management and Inventory software.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for procurement expenditures for any ongoing software
license or maintenance agreement or competitively
solicited software purchase, when the software, license,
or maintenance agreement is available through only the
software creator or its manufacturer and not a reseller ( 30 ILCS 500/1-13 (b)(10)) The product will be migrated from on premise to cloud in order to better maintain and support it.
