Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking an exemption for programming fees for WSIU public radio.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes of the Procurement Code because the procurement expenditure is for programming and broadcast license rights for university-operated radio and television stations(30 ILCS 500 / 1-13(b)(7)) This vendor will supply programming for WSIU public radio.
