The University awarded a contract for travel arrangements for student summer trip.
Study Abroad Summer Program trips exclusively paid for by students registered. If minimum enrollments are not met, then the Study Abroad Program trip is cancelled. Vendor will pick up students from the Buenos Aires airport and provide orientation for safety, cultural experience, and health. Institute for International Education of Students will arrange for hotel and meals and emergency support.
This purchase is exempt from the usual selection processes in the procurement code because the procurement expenditures are for events or activities paid for exclusively by revenues generated by the event or activity, gifts, or donations for the event or activity, private grants, or any combination thereof.
