The University awarded a contract for Discovery Partners Institute -15th Street.
Other (provide a statutory or ILL. Admin. Code reference below) This procurement is to award a contract to Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. pursuant to ILCS 535/50 which will meet an immediate need for the University of Illinois in designing a street and underground utilities to support the new Discovery Partner Institute Building. This procurement is in the best interest of the University.
This award will design and build a street and the utilities needed by the adjacent new Discovery Partner Institute Building (DPI). This construction will provide necessary infrastructure to the DPI building for water, power, site water run-off, stormwater outfall and other necessary considerations.
