The University wishes to lease professional class �??B�?? office space or better located at or within 3 miles of UIUC Illini Union for a period of five years with options. This property will be used for administrative and classroom functions.

The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is soliciting information from qualified respondents regarding the availability of class �??B�?? office space (or better) for administrative and classroom functions in the area within three miles of the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign Illini Union Building. The space will house the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the Urbana Champaign Campus. Currently these functions are housed in 5,500 rentable sq. ft. at 1800 South Oak Street, Champaign, Illinois. The preferred term is five years with (1) 2 year option followed by (1) three year option.
