Project Description
The scope of the project includes the renovation of an interior area in building 621 to create working area for the College of Engineering Maker Space. Division 1 The architectural scope includes demo work to clean the existing area of work, new walls and doors, painting and miscellaneous items. The structural scope of work includes a new sidewalk, and miscellaneous items to support architectural work. Division 2 the pluming scope of work includes eyewash, hand sinks, and water coolers. Division 3 The HVAC scope includes piping for the VAV reheat coil and BAS. Division 4 The ventilation scope includes a new exhaust fan, VAV boxes, and associated ductwork. Division 5 The electrical scope includes lighting and power for the new spaces.

A MANDATORY pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held in Roosevelt Road Building 728 W Roosevelt Rd. Chicago, IL 60607 at 10:00am on 8/21/2023. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
