Project Description
Improvements to accommodate new space for the College of Engineering in the North Campus Parking Deck building. The space is located on the south side of the building and was originally shelled for multi-tenant retail. The work will include, but is not limited to: demolition of temporary lighting, electrical, and heating systems; demolition of interior partitions and construction to accommodate new work; modifications to the existing ground floor curtain wall; added insulation at exterior walls and deck above; cutting, patching and infill of existing concrete slab on grade; new partitioning and finishes; new toilet rooms; new lighting; modifications to existing fire protection and sprinkler system; new air handling unit, ventilation distribution and piping. The project also includes the acquisition and installation of office furniture, appliances and equipment.
