Project Description
The scope of the work includes the construction of a new, second floor structure within the existing, two story Hall of Fame space at the Bielfeldt Administration Building, including new structural steel. The new second floor will be fitted out to provide new office space, both open and private, and the first floor will be intended to improve the performance of the Hall of Fame space and shall include upgraded AV systems. A new HVAC system will be dedicated to the renovated space on both levels.
