There will be a second mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 19, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 1830 in the Physical Plant Services Building, 1501 South Oak Street, Champaign, IL 61820. Those who attended the first pre-bid meeting are not required to attend this meeting.

Project Description
Project work includes architectural and mechanical upgrades to existing restrooms at Freer Hall, Main Library, Material Sciences and Engineering Building (MSEB), Mumford Hall and Noyes Laboratory. Architectural work includes limited interior demolition and installation of toilet partitions, doors, walls, door hardware, SAT ceilings, ceramic tile flooring, plastering, and painting. Other limited architectural installation are shown in the Drawings. Limited HVAC remodeling to accompany revised floor layouts and room usage will occur but primarily new plumbing fixtures. New lighting as shown in the Drawings.
