Project Description
The work shall consist of the construction of a new 30,000 square foot 3-story plus basement LEED Gold building, of masonry and steel frame construction, with site improvements that include a reworked vehicular curb cut, new vehicular drop-off lane and new landscaping. When completed, the building, named the Chez Family Foundation Center for Wounded Veterans in Higher Education, will contain resident rooms on the 3rd floor, office and laboratories on the 2nd floor, student services and counseling offices on the 1st floor, and mechanical and storage spaces on the lower level.
