Project Description
Project work includes architectural and mechanical upgrades to existing rooms on the fourth floor of Burrill Hall and the third and fourth floors of Roger Adams Laboratory to temporarily house occupants of the Natural History Building while renovations occur in that facility. Architectural work includes limited interior demolition and installation of new doors, walls, door hardware, residential cabinets and countertops, SAT ceilings, SVT flooring and painting. Other limited architectural installation are shown in the Drawings. Limited HVAC remodeling to accompany revised floor layouts and room usage will occur, as well as new plumbing and lighting as shown in the Drawings. Sprinklers will be extended into the remodeled spaces.
