Project Description
Project consists of the demolition and removal of existing balcony seating, guardrails and handrails; selective demolition, renovation, and remodeling of seating tiers and risers; new floor and wall base finishes; installation of new seating with associated handrails and decorative guardrails; installation of electrical systems for aisle lighting and rework of balcony audio visual components; and installation of new ceiling mounted down lights with associated electrical systems.
