Project Description
Entire project renovation consists of approximately 43,000 sf of existing laboratory and support space and an addition of approximately 9,000 sf of floor space of the University of Illinois Chemistry Annex Building, 601 South Mathews Avenue, Urbana, Illinois. Finished product will be a new state of the art facility including instructional laboratory and support spaces. Bid Phase 1 includes select interior demolition, abatement, construction of ADA passageway to Davenport, site utilities, and an alternate for sound reduction systems.
