There will be a second mandatory pre-bid meeting on April 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Room 291 at Bevier Hall, 905 W. Goodwin, Urbana IL 61801. Those who attended the first pre-bid meeting are not required to attend this meeting.

Project Description
Provide infrastructure renovations to the existing Bevier Hall. Division 1 - General Work which will include providing exterior masonry restoration, interior wall, ceiling & finish renovations, new kitchen equipment installation, and renovations associated with the plumbing/fire suppression, HVAC, and electrical trade work. Division 2 - Plumbing Work associated with kitchen renovations. Divisions 3 & 4 Heating & Ventilating work will include partial building system and equipment replacement and upgrades. Division 5 - Electrical Work will include emergency lighting upgrades and electrical provisions associated with other equipment renovations and replacements. Division 6 - Fire Suppression Work will include a new sprinkler system for the lower three levels of the building and fire hose standpipe replacements. This Project is located at: Bevier Hall, 905 S. Goodwin Avenue, Urbana, Illinois.
