Project Description
Project consists of the replacement of two (2) new packaged rooftop HVAC units. Compressors will have packaged variable frequency drives (VFDs) on lead circuit. Supply and return fan will have packaged VFDs. Unit will have packaged controls for single zone VAV operation with demand control ventilation. Project will include the replacement of one (1) new condensing unit with associated air cooled condenser. Project will also replace thirty-two (32) supply air diffusers in Men's and Women's Court Area 128 and 129 to improve air distribution mixing.
