Project Description
This project consists of the partial renovation of the northeast quadrant of the existing 4-story Armory Building for the Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL). The north portion of the project area will include envelope improvements which include masonry repointing, parapet replacement and repair, window replacement, and roof repair. Interior renovation scope includes a new office suite space with open offices, conference rooms, a reception space, and a kitchenette space.
