Project Description
Create a new ADA compliant formal entry to the south elevation of Freer Hall. Provide new vestibule flooring and a new exterior ADA curved ramp. Included in the work is installation of new exterior masonry, ADA compliant handrail systems, new subgrade waterproofing, new interior finishes, new stair, and vestibule platform structure. Relocate and install new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems within the work area. Provide ADA compliant electronic installation and upgrades to existing systems. Remove trees and install new trees and landscaping as part of this project.
