Project Description
This project will impact approximately 31,000 square feet of existing space on the west side of the facility and will renovate 15,000 square feet of instruction area to provide updated classrooms and support facilities, for the study of chemical sciences. Envelope improvements in the form of window and door replacements shall be provided. Life safety and HVAC improvements will be made to the entire impacted project area. The air handling unit and controls for Lecture Hall 100 shall also be replaced as part of the scope of work of this project. No other work in Room 100 is to be included. The campus chilled water and steam shall be extended to the classrooms and support facilities.
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in Noyes Laboratory Building Conference RM 170 505 S Mathews Ave, Urbana, IL 61801 on 11/11/16 at 1:30 prevailing time. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
