Project Description
Exterior repairs to the Henry Administration Building (HAB) including: brick and limestone masonry repairs, modified bitumen roof replacement, window replacement, window repairs, and removal of abandoned exterior structure for previously removed chillers. Select interior repairs. New AHU/RTU and associated piping, power, distribution and temperature controls to serve +/- 8000SF.
