Project Description
Demolition and removal of existing multi-user restroom facilities on all 5 floors of Blaisdell and Carr Halls. Construction of new single-user restroom facilities within the footprint of the existing restroom space. Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of new walls, ceilings, finishes, plumbing fixtures and infrastructure to support the new facilities, restroom exhaust systems, electrical systems to support the new facilities, lighting, and rework of existing fire suppression system as required for the new spaces. Area of renovation per building: 6,120 SF Note: Base Bid includes work at Blaisdell Hall only. Alternates include work at Carr Hall, as well as additional work at Blaisdell Hall.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in UIUC F&S Physical Plant Building 1501 S. Oak St. Room 128 Champaign, IL 61820 on 06/16/16 at 2:00-4:00 PM prevailing time. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.

This Project is located at: University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign PAR Restroom Renovation Phase II Blaisdell Hall, Building 101 - 901 W. Pennsylvania Ave., MC-018 (Base Bid) Carr Hall, Building 104 - 1001 W. Pennsylvania Ave., MC-018 (Alternates #1 and #2) Urbana, IL 61801.
