Project Description
Full replacement of roofing systems at three (3) buildings. Replace existing asphalt shingles with new PVC membrane roofing at Kenney Gym Annex. Replace existing built up roof with new EPDM membrane roof at Music Building. Replace existing built up roof with new EPDM membrane roof at Animal Science. Animal Science scope of work also includes a new 3400 SF light gauge framed roof top enclosure and coordinating work with multiple ventilation equipment penetrations.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in Facilities & Services, Physical Plant Services Bldg.,Conference Room 128, 1501 S. Oak St., Champaign IL 61820 on 12/21/16 at 1:00 PM prevailing time. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.

This Project is located at: Animal Sciences Lab, 1207 W Gregory Drive, Urbana, Il. 61801, Music Building, 1114 W Nevada Street, Urbana, IL. 61801, Kenney Gym Annex, 1406 W Springfield, Urbana, IL. 61801.
