Project Description
This project's Base Bid work includes the remodeling/expansion of the existing second floor Legal Clinic to include new offices and collaborative classroom areas utilizing 'active' learning pods and other spaces. The collaborative layouts are designed to accommodate flexible seating arrangements and configurations. Other spaces included in the remodeling/expansion include additional offices, a small conference room, computer room, interview rooms, and telephone interview rooms, besides the large open collaborative seating area for studying and a small library bookshelf.
