Project Description
This project will renovate the existing three-story building with partial basement, including but not limited to asbestos abatement, replacement of existing air-handling units, temperature controls, new fire sprinkler system and connection to existing system, replacement of existing fire alarm system,lighting upgrades, audio-visual system upgrades, partial replacement of existing roofing, interior renovations, and other construction indicated.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in in Room 171 (Auditorium), College of Law, 504 East Pennsylvania Avenue, Champaign, Illinois 61820 on 06/26/18 at 1:00 PM prevailing time. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
