Project Description
This project includes the partial renovation of the Gregory Hall Classroom 112. The renovation will include the removal and replacement of the existing fixed seating and finished flooring on the main floor (excluding the stage). A new raised sloped walk and vertical lift will also be installed as part of the project so as to provide an accessible route from the back entrance to the front of the classroom where new accessible seating and the existing professor?s lectern shall be located. This project will also include the removal and replacement of the existing air handling unit and reheat coil serving the Classroom 112.
This Project is located at: 810 S. Wright Street Champaign, IL 61801.
