Project Description
Materials Science and Engineering Building: Replace existing air handling units serving Room 100 (AHU3, located in Room 24) and Room 119 (AHU5, located in Room 9) along with new controls and connection to campus chilled water loop. Existing ductwork shall be modified to connect to the new air handling units. Replace steam heating coils with hot water coils integral to the AHUs. Remove roof top condensing units complete and patch roof. Mumford Hall: Replace existing air handling unit serving Room 103 (AHU3, located in Room 50) along with new controls and connection to the campus chilled water loop. Existing ductwork shall be modified as necessary to connect to the new handling unit. Replace steam heating coils with hot water coils integral to the AHUs. Remove outdoor condensing units complete.
