Project Description
Restoration of Parking Structures C7 and C10 by Overhaul of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components (C7 only), installation of a new 150kW emergency power generator and concrete with brick veneer wall enclosure, trenching new electrical conduit lines, installation of fencing at the roof level, abandonment of existing slab PT tendon reinforcement and installation of supplemental steel beams (C7 only), installation of new sheet pile retaining wall supporting struts (C10), cleaning and painting of steel elements, miscellaneous concrete repairs, recoating the existing traffic bearing waterproofing membrane, facade repairs - pinning, masonry replacement/rebuilding, tuckpointing, joint sealant replacement replacement of coping stones, installation of thru-wall flashing, partial replacement of storefront, and roofing replacement.
This Project is located at Parking Structures C7 and C10 as bounded by South 6th Street, East Daniel Street, South 5th Street, and East John Street.
