Project Description
Base Bid Work: Upgrades to Trelease & FAR Dining Halls. Replace existing dual temperature pipe risers on floors 1-12 of Trelease Hall; replace induction units and controls; and replace existing construction to access pipe and conceal new pipe risers. System will remain in reverse return configuration. Balance air devices on existing Exhaust Fan E2 exhaust system to improve exhaust air flow. Replace Dining Hall kitchen hood, associated exhaust fan and exhaust duct system. Modify existing makeup air system and install new displacement air devices. Replace dishwasher exhaust fan and duct system. Replace kitchen and dishwasher room ceiling, lighting and switching, sprinkler heads, and other ceiling mounted devices. Abate hazardous materials covering kitchen hood, related exhaust duct and debris atop kitchen ceiling. Replace steam preheat coils serving AHU-1 and 2 in Penthouse. Conduct water and air balancing.
