Project Description
The project work includes selective demolition of existing construction, including asbestos abatement and lead paint remediation; new general, plumbing, HVAC and electrical materials, systems and equipment; new interior finishes; replacement of existing windows, replacement of doors and associated hardware, mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades compliant with current codes, replacement of furnaces with the new units including AC coil/condenser, upgraded electrical service, installation of Owner supplied appliances. The scope also includes adding insulation along the interior face of exterior walls, roof joist cavities and the replacement of the roof including adding insulation to roof. Renovation of unit 2037A into an ADA compliant accessible unit involving relocation of the bathroom and laundry within the unit. Modifications to concrete walks providing access to unit 2037A.
